In this course, we will guide you on how to create content to shift your execution to a proactive approach in order to match how candidates actually discover jobs today.
We want you to be able to apply the learnings in your everyday work life. We have therefore designed the program and the assignments to provide you with real content to post by the end of the class.

No. You don’t need any fancy equipment to participate. Your smartphone will work just fine!
Software or editing tool?
As part of the onboarding of this course, we will recommend every participant to create a Canva and Descript account.
We also recommend you to have a LinkedIn profile or create one before the course starts.

This course provides you with practical and actionable advice from the start. While we do cover a lot of strategy work, the aim of this masterclass is not to stay on the surface. Expect to get your hands dirty and actually create content to help you hire and become a top of mind employer.
No. You do not need an EVP to participate. This course is all about understanding your candidates and what they are wondering about to catch their interest and make them apply for your open position.
This course will NOT cover: candidate interviewing techniques, candidate experience design, paid marketing, stakeholder collaboration guidance, or frameworks of an EVP.
